There will be an ALN Free Swim every Tuesday of the summer holidays from 11.00 - 12.00 at Sobell Leisure Centre. There is no need to book for these sessions, just turn up and swim. 🏊🏊🏊🏊🏊

Our Sensational Sunday London Marathon runners Kimberley Lucas and Nathan Lucas have passed some Marathon Milestones. They successfully completed the Porthcawl 10k run and passed the £1000 fundraising total.![]()

It has been another busy weekend for Cynon Valley PALS.![]()

On Saturday we enjoyed a swim at the Lido Ponty, making the most of the beautiful weather.![]()
![]()
We also had an amazing time on Sunday when we went to see Annie at the Wales Millennium Centre - Canolfan Mileniwm Cymru. The talented cast put on a brilliant performance, and everyone had a great time enjoying the songs and the show. It was a fantastic day out.![]()
