Two months from today on April 26th, Sarah Louise Owens and Robert Davies will be running the London Marathon for Cynon Valley PALS. They have been training hard and have already completed half marathons and other challenges.![]()

Our PALS families bounced into the day with an action-packed trampolining session. So much energy, excitement and happy faces all around. ![]()

A delicious breakfast with exclusive use of the Play Factory made for a relaxed and fun morning for everyone.![]()

🚴 Tuesday – Cycling Fun with Cwm Cycling at Ron Jones Stadium![]()
From trikes to mountain bikes and go-karts, there was something for everyone. It was fantastic to see children building confidence and having so much fun. ![]()

We enjoyed our monthly chat and play session at Dragons Den Soft Play this week. These sessions give our children space to play while supporting carers to connect with others. We are grateful to RCT Together Unpaid Carers Short Breaks Fund for funding these sessions.![]()

Hobbycraft is recalling a box of mixed craft supplies containing vials of coloured sand due to a potential health risk. ![]()

The sand may be contaminated with a small amount of asbestos, which can be harmful even at low levels of exposure.![]()

•Stop using the product immediately. ![]()

•If the sand is still in its packaging, place in a heavy-duty plastic bag, double tape it securely, label it clearly and store in a secure location out of the reach of children. ![]()

•If the sand has been used, clean up sites where the product was used using wet cloths to avoid generating dust. Wear gloves and a mask. ![]()

•Double bag the sand, gloves, mask and cloths. ![]()
![]()
•Keep children and other people away from areas where the sand has been used until the area has been cleaned. ![]()

•Return the sand vials from the product to your nearest Hobbycraft store for a full refund. ![]()

•If you are unable to get to a Hobbycraft store, please follow the instructions above and dispose of the sand in your general household waste. ![]()
